 Firmly packed brown sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 3/4 cup acceptable margarine
 Cocoa1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Vanilla2 Teaspoon
 Skim milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder2 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar and margarine together.
Add cocoa, vanilla and milk.
Mix well.
In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend into margarine mixture.
Stir in oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 7 to 9 minutes.
