Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2.Heat water and once done, melt semi sweet chocolates over it.
3.Once done, mix the melted morsels with salt and shortening.
4.Whisk eggs until stiff and bright colored.
5.Add sugar and continue blending.
6.Put the chocolate mixture, oats and vanilla in the egg mixture and stir well.
7.Take well greased cookie sheet and pour drops with a round teaspoon.
8.Bake for 6-8 minutes.
9.Once done, take the cookies from the sheet.

SERVING
10.Serve the chews with tea/ coffee.
