In a saucepan over medium heat, cook peanut butter and honey until smooth and thin, about 5-8 minutes.
Pour over oat mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
Place in two greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking pans; bake at 275° for 60-70 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every15 minutes.
Cool, stirring occasionally.
Add apples, raisins, chocolate chips and sunflower seeds.
Store in an airtight container
