Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
2 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 cup sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions
1. Place chocolate in large glass mixing bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. Stir in 1/3 cup sugar, gelatin, salt, egg yolks and milk.
3. Microwave on SIMMER for 5 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on SIMMER for 2 to 3 minutes
2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. Stir in 1/3 cup sugar, gelatin, salt, egg yolks and milk.
3. Microwave on SIMMER for 5 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on SIMMER for 2 to 3 minutes
