Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup sugar
6 pkgs. saccharin or acesulfame-K sugar substitute
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup cold water
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
Directions
Mix together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In another bowl, beat together the cold water and mayonnaise.
Add the water mixture to the dry ingredients.
Mix well to combine.
Prepare an 8 x 12 in. (20 x 30 cm) sheet cake pan, coating it with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake it in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
Cut into eight sections.
