Chocolate Martinis Recipe
Ingredients
| Heavy cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 (1-ounce) Atkins Endulge | ||
| Chocolate Candy Bar, roughly chopped | ||
| Chocolate | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla vodka | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
1. Heat cream in a small saucepan until scalding. Turn off heat, stir in chocolate, and let stand until chocolate has melted, about 2 minutes. Add chocolate extract and stir until well combined. Cool to room temperature.
2. Combine chocolate sauce with vodka in a large pitcher or measuring cup.
3. Fill 6 cocktail glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour about one-third of the martini mixture into the cocktail shaker; shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Discard ice from glasses. Strain the martini into chilled glasses. Repeat with more ice and remaining martini mix.
