Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
2 env. unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup water
3 tsp cocoa
3 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1 tsp white vanilla extract
2 egg whites
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan; allow to soften for 5 minutes.
Cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool to the consistency of thick syrup.
Add cocoa, sugar replacement and vanilla, stirring to blend.
Beat egg whites into soft peaks.
Very slowly, trickle a small stream of gelatin mixture into egg whites, beat until all gelatin mixture is blended.
Continue beating until light and fluffy.
