Chocolate Marbles Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups (9 1/2 ounces) amaretti almond cookie crumbs
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup amaretto or other almond flavored liqueur
1 (8 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well; chill.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls.
Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate; chill 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
