Chocolate Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 14 Ounce | |
| 2 1-ounce squares unsweetened baking chocolate | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded coconut | 8 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Heat milk and chocolate in the top of a double boiler for 10 minutes until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Stir frequently.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract, coconut and salt. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto well-greased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
