Chocolate Coconut Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
| Cake pudding mix package | 1 | |
| Flaked coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| 1/2 cup regular oats, uncooked and toasted | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| 6 (1.45 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, broken into squares | ||
| Flaked coconut | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients; chill 30 minutes.
Drop dough by heaping tea-spoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Immediately top each cookie with one chocolate square; spread to frost.
Sprinkle cookies with coconut.
