Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling one third full.
Spoon 2 teaspoons Macaroon Filling in center of each muffin cup; spoon remaining batter over top, filling each muffin cup two thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes
