5 dunces semi-sweet chocolate
4 Cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions
Combine the chocolate with-1/2 cup milk and stir over low heat until the chocolate is dissolved.
Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes more.
Add the remaing milk and heat, stirring constantly, until almost boiling.
Stir in the vanilla and remove from the heat.
Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff.
Carefully fold the cream and egg whites together.
