Chocolate Logs Recipe
Ingredients
Cream:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 unbeaten egg
2 squares melted chocolate
Directions
Mix well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to 2 cups sifted flour.
Combine with chocolate mixture.
Add 3/4 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Press in pan 7"x11".
Chill overnight.
Cut into logs, and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375° F.
