Ingredients
Approximately 8 oz. chocolate wholemeal
Biscuits small piece of plain or milk chocolate
Little whipped cream
4 oz. butter
1 vanilla ice cream block
1 strawberry ice cream block
Directions
Put the biscuits on a piece of greaseproof paper, cover with another piece of paper and roll firmly until fine crumbs.
Mix in a basin with the cool melted butter and form into a flan shape in a dish.
If wished you can put into a very moderate oven (350°F.€” Gas Mark 3) for about 8-10 minutes to give added crispness, but the biscuit flan is perfectly all right if not cooked at all.
Allow to cool and when ready to serve, fill with vanilla and strawberry ice creams, spreading these slightly so you have a 'streaky' effect.
Top with whipped cream and coarsely grated chocolate.
