Choco Coffee Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups coffee cream | ||
Directions
Heat milk and chocolate in top of double boiler until chocolate melts.
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add eggs, beat thoroughly.
Combine with chocolate mixture and cook over direct heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly—about 2 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Add vanilla and cream.
Turn into freezer can and freeze according to directions.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
