Choco Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain chocolate | 4 Ounce | |
| 1/2 gill water | ||
| Custard | 1/2 Pint | |
| 1 gill cream | ||
| Vanilla essence | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Break chocolate roughly, place in pan, add water.
Dissolve over low heat.
Add melted chocolate to the custard.
Cool.
Add the half-whipped cream and vanilla to taste.
Chill and freeze.
