Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
2 squares (2 oz.) cut in pieces
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup white corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Mix up chocolate, sugar, milk, and syrup 2 - quart sauce pan.
Place over low heat and stir constantly until sugar is completely dissolved and chocolate melted.
Increase heat and boil slowly, stirring frequently, until it will form a soft ball in cold water or to (234°F.) Remove from stove, add butter and cool to luke warm.
Add vanilla and beat until soft and creamy.
Mix in nuts and pour in buttered pan (8-inch square.)
