Chocolate Fruit Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 oz. drinking chocolate | ||
| Coconut | 4 Ounce | |
| Sultanas | 2 Ounce | |
| Cornflakes | 2 Ounce, crushed | |
| Plain chocolate | 3 Ounce | |
| Walnuts | 1 1/2 Ounce, chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon sherry or fruit juice | ||
| 2 tablespoons crushed sweet biscuit crumbs | ||
| Condensed milk | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place all ingredients except chocolate into mixing bowl; mix well together.
Press mixture into lightly greased 7 in. square tin, smooth the surface.
Melt chocolate over hot water, spread evenly over surface of mixture; mark with fork.
Refrigerate; when set and firm, cut into small bars or squares.
