Chocolate Freaks Delight Recipe
Ingredients
6 oz. real chocolate chips
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
3/4 cup milk
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream for garnish when serving
Directions
Place chocolate chips, egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a blender or food processor.
Heat milk just to boiling and add to blender.
Blend at slow speed about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Pour at once into six demitasse cups.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
This makes a very rich dessert.
The recipe can easily be doubled.
It keeps well in the refrigerator for several days, if well covered after chilling.
