Brandy Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
12 ounces (12 squares) semisweet chocolate
1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons brandy or rum
Assorted dippers (marshmallows, strawberries with hulls, apple slices, banana chunks, pineapple chunks, mandarin orange segments, cherries with stems, cake cubes, melon balls)
Directions
1. Melt semisweet chocolate in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 5 minutes at Medium-High). Stir to blend. Add cream and stir until well blended. Heat uncovered 1 1/2 minutes at Medium-High
