Ingredients

 Butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whipping cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unsweetened chocolate square6 , sweetened
 3 tbsp. brandy OR creme de cacao cake cubes, pretzels, ladyhngers, assortment of fruit cubes, balls or strips such as melons, bananas, strawberries

Directions

MAKING
1) In a double boiler, combine the butter, cream and chocolate, then melt over boiling water.
2) Alternately, place in the microwave on HIGH for 2-4 minutes until melted.
3) Stir in the creme de cacao or brandy and pour in the fondue pot and keep warm.

SERVING
4) Serve the chocolate sauce with cake cubes, pretzels, ladyhngers, assortment of fruit cubes, balls or strips such as melons, bananas, strawberries. Place the picks, fondue forks or long bamboo skewers by the side for dipping.
