Orange Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate | ||
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tablespoons creme de cacao or orange-flavored liqueur | ||
Directions
In saucepan melt chocolate over low heat.
Add sugar, cream, butter, and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or till thickened.
Stir in liqueur.
Pour into fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
Spear dipper with fondue fork; dip in sauce.
