Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 ounces milk chocolate or sweet cooking chocolate | ||
| Light cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons kirsch or brandy or, if desired, 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee | ||
| Dippers | ||
Directions
Heat chocolate in cream over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur.
Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.
Guests select choice of Dippers and place on dessert plates; then, with long-handled forks, they dip each one into chocolate mixture.
