 Whites of 2 eggs
 Confectioner’s sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add egg whites to beat until stiff.
2) Gradually add sugar to beat thoroughly.
3) Melt chocolate by adding butter.
4) Add milk, vanilla and melted chocolate to the mixture.
5) Beat thoroughly to a smooth consistency.

SERVING
6) Use this icing to spread on cake.
