Chocolate Filling Recipe

Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
4 Tbs. cornstarch
2 1/2 cups milk
3 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, cut in small pieces
3 egg yolks, slightly-beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Combine sugar, cornstarch, milk and chocolate in top of double boiler.
Cook over boiling water until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Stir part of hot chocolate mixture into egg yolks.
Add to chocolate mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Cool.
Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
