Chocolate Filled Muffins Recipe
Ingredients

| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| White sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Cooking oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk powder | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Almond Flavouring - ¼ teaspoon | ||
| Coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat an oven to 350°F
MAKING
2) In a bowl mix the cocoa, flour, salt, white sugar, baking powder and cinnamon and then pour in the egg (beaten), cooking oil and milk
3) Keep stirring it and then fill in greased pans about ¾ full
4) Mix the hot water with the milk powder and stir it well; then add the butter and almond flavouring, followed by coconut
5) Make balls from the mix and bake them in the pre-heated oven at about 350°F for about 20-25 minutes
SERVING
6) Serve the muffins hot
