Chocolate Express Recipe
Ingredients
6 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot black coffee
2 cups fat-free chocolate ice cream
Directions
Combine liqueur and gelatin in blender container.
Wait for 1 minute, then add hot coffee.
Cover and blend until gelatin granules are dissolved.
Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
Pour into 4 custard cups and chill until set.
