Chocolate Espresso Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon instant espresso or coffee granules
Directions
Combine sugar, water and butter in heavy saucepan.
Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate and coffee.
Stir until melted and smooth.
