Chocolate Drop Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
2 ounces (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 2 minutes at High); stir.
2. Preheat convection oven to 375°F.
3. Add sugars and egg to melted butter and chocolate; beat well. Combine flour and baking soda; stir in alternately with milk. Stir in vanilla extract. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto two ungreased round metal trays. Place one tray on each metal rack. Cook in convection oven 12 to 15 minutes at 375°F, or until set. Remove cookies to cooling racks.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Repeat using remaining batter; cook on bottom metal rack.
