Chocolate Crust Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cocoa | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable shortening | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| 1 tsp liquid fructose Or 1 granulated sugar | ||
| 2 to cold water | ||
Directions
In a food processor or bowl, combine flour, cocoa, shortening and fructose; work into crumbs.
Add enough water to make a soft ball.
Roll up or press into sides and bottom on pie pan.
Use as directed in recipe.
