Chocolate Crust Recipe
If you want to be known as a chef, make a personal recipe of Chocolate Crust. I have done that myself. It is the one dish that anybody on Diabetic diet can have. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Dessert! It is highly recommended, you must try this Chocolate Crust recipe.
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
3 tsp cocoa
1/3 cup vegetable shortening, softened
1 tsp liquid fructose Or 1 granulated sugar
2 to cold water
Directions
In a food processor or bowl, combine flour, cocoa, shortening and fructose; work into crumbs.
Add enough water to make a soft ball.
Roll up or press into sides and bottom on pie pan.
Use as directed in recipe.
