Chocolate Crispy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine, softened
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cup Rice Krispies
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir together flour, soda and salt.
Set aside.
Beat margarine and sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour mixture.
Stir in cereal and chocolate chips.
Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° about 10 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Do not overbake.
Remove from baking sheet.
Yields about 7 dozen, 21A inches in diameter.
