Chocolate Crinkles Recipe
Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled | ||
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sifted powdered sugar | ||
Directions
In mixing bowl combine granulated sugar, oil, melted chocolate, and vanilla.
Beat in eggs.
Stir together flour and baking powder.
Stir into chocolate mixture.
Cover and chill.
Using 1 tablespoon dough for each cookie, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Roll warm cookies again in powdered sugar.
