Chocolate Cream Lolly Recipe
Ingredients
| Drinking chocolate - 3 heaped teaspoons | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Single cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Approx. 1/4 pint milk | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Measure the chocolate into a glass measuring glass and then add the boiling water and mix well.
2. Pour in the milk, followed by the cream and add the rest of the milk to make 1/3 pint.
3. Tip in the molds and freeze to set.
4. Place in freezing compartment to set.
SERVING
5. Serve cold
