| 1/2 16-ounce package chocolate-flavored confectionery coating | ||
| 55 mini-size pretzels (about 2 cups), or 55 dried apricot halves (8 ounces) or 1 1/2 cups raisins or peanuts | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a 1 quart glass measuring pitcher and heat chocolate coating in it for 3- 3 1/2 minutes at medium in Microwave oven.
2.Mix the heated chocolate until a smooth consistency is achieved.
3.Coat the pretzels or apricots with the melted chocolate by dipping in it.
4.Once done, lay the coated apricots or pretzels on waxed paper.
5.Raisins or peanuts can be coated by putting in the melted chocolate and then laying on waxed paper with a spoon.
6.Let the coated stuff cool.
SERVING
7.Serve the chocolate treat with whipped cream.
