Ingredients
| 1 12-oz. Package semisweet chocolate pieces | ||
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1" square paraffin | ||
| 1 can best quality mandarin orange sections, drained and dried | ||
| Strawberries | 1 box, washed | |
Directions
Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler, add butter and vanilla, mixing well.
Melt paraffin in a glass measuring cup in a saucepan of boiling water.
Pour paraffin into chocolate mixture and mix well.
Dip fruit 3/4 of the way in hot chocolate mixture, swirling to coat evenly.
If it is more comfortable for you, spear each piece of fruit with a toothpick or cocktail pick for coating.
Place gently on wax paper and set in cool, dry place.
