Chocolate Covered Cherries Recipe
Ingredients
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/5 lb. paraffin, shaved into bits
3 lb. confectioners sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 lb. Margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 or 2 large jars maraschino cherries, drained
Directions
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler over hot water.
Keep warm over low heat.
Combine sugar, condensed milk, margarine, and vanilla in bowl, blend thoroughly.
Shape mixture around each cherry.
Place on toothpick, swirl in chocolate.
Place on wax paper to dry, removing toothpick
