Chocolate Cookie Rolls Recipe

2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup Butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
1 package Buttercream Fudge Macaroon Frosting Mix
Directions
In mixer bowl, combine flour, baking powder, butter, vanilla extract, egg and 1 cup firmly packed dry frosting mix.
Reserve remaining dry frosting mix for Filling.
Beat at medium speed of mixer until well blended.
Divide dough into four portions.
With well-floured hands, shape each portion into a strip 2 inches wide and about 15 inches long on ungreased cookie sheets.
Make a depression 1 inch wide and 3/4 inch deep down center of each strip; spread with Filling.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
While warm, cut into 1 inch slices.
