Directions
Melt the chocolate in a microwave, following maker's instructions, or in a bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water (the bowl must not touch the water).
Warm the custard, and add the melted chocolate then the whipping cream, mixing in well.
Using a piping bag, fill the little choux and 'crowns' with the custard.
