Chocolate Coconut Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooking chocolate, 1 square, 60 gms | ||
| Condensed milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Grated coconut | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler.
Add condensed milk, coconut, salt and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Store in airtight tin.
