Ingredients

 Egg whites- 3 no-€™s, stiffly beaten
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt- a pinch
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Semi sweet chocolate squares- 2 no-€™s, melted
 Fine coconut flakes- 1 cup/ as required

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sauce pan, keep water for boiling.
2. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch and mix well.
3. In a medium sized bowl, combine this with stiffly beaten egg whites and fold gently.
4. Place this bowl over hot water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove from hot water and add melted chocolate and coconut (as required) to make a stiff mixture. Mix once.
6. Drop spoonfuls on wax paper and keep to set in a cool dry place. Alternatively, refrigerate for minimum two hours or till set.

SERVING
7. Wrap each in decorative chocolate paper/ foil paper and serve.
