Directions
If candy coating is in solid piece, break into squares.
Place in single layer in 2-qt casserole with shortening.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 3 to 5 minutes, or until pieces are soft, stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in peanuts, then marshmallows, using as few strokes as possible.
Spread on wax paper to 9-in square.
Let stand until firm.
Cut into 1 1/2-in squares.
