Chocolate Coating Fruits Recipe
Ingredients
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
26 to 30 large strawberries, washed and drained
Directions
In top of double boiler over hot, simmering (not boiling) water, melt chocolate.
Stir in vegetable oil until mixture is satiny and smooth.
Remove from heat and dip strawberries, draining excess back into pot.
Place fruits on aluminum foil and let harden.
