Chocolate Chip Squares Recipe
Nothing more American than chocolate chips and chocolate chip squares. I personally feel that there is nothing more delicious and tastier on my menu than the chocolate chip squares recipe. These are simply delicious!
Ingredients
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate morsels
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Stir in flour and vanilla.
Press into an ungreased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate morsels and pecans.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool; cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
