Liqueur Flavored Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter stick | 1 , softened | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur | ||
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 6 Ounce | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, stir together flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and salt.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and Kahlua until well blended. Add flour mixture and beat untuwell blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes, then remove to a rack and let cool completely.
