Chocolate Chip Mint Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Pastry shell, baked | ||
| 2 pkgs. vanilla-flavored sugar-free pudding mix | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Quart | |
| 1 1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring | ||
| Green food coloring | 4 Drop | |
| 1/4 cup minichocolate chips | ||
| 1 cup prepared nondairy whipped topping | ||
Directions
Combine vanilla pudding mix, milk, flavoring, and food coloring in a saucepan.
Stir to dissolve pudding mix.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Set aside and allow to cool.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer to prepared pastry shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Decorate with nondairy whipped topping.
