Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 32 chocolate chip cookies, store-bought or any of the recipes | ||
| 1 quart chocolate chip ice cream, softened | ||
| Chocolate Chips | 6 Ounce | |
Directions
1. Arrange half of cookies on a flat surface, bottom sides up. Scoop 1/4 cup softened ice cream onto each cookie. Top with another cookie. Pat chips into icecream.
2. Wrap each in plastic wrap or wax paper. Freeze at least 1 hour, or until firm. Ice cream sandwiches keep in freezer for up to 3 days.
