Chocolate Chip Cookie Trifle Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/4 cups chocolate chip cookies, crumbled | ||
| 2/3 cup sweet chocolate chips | ||
| 2 cups custard, hot | ||
| 1 cup chocolate Chantilly cream | ||
| Coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
In a bowl, spread successive layers of one third crumbled cookies, half the chocolate chips and half the custard.
Repeat all 3 steps.
Top with remaining cookies.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Using a pastry bag with a fluted nozzle, decorate with chocolate Chantilly cream.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
