Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| Unbleached flour | 9 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dark brown sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable shortening | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Semisweet real chocolate chips - 4 packages (12-ounce) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients.
2) Combine thoroughly.
3) With your fingertips, cut shortening into the mixture.
4) Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
SERVING
5) Use to prepare cookies or store in an airtight container and place in cool and humid-free place for at least 6 months.

Store in refrigerator, for longer days.
