Directions
1. Freeze the ice maker bowl in the fridge for over an hour.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, add butter, vanilla extract, sugar and mix well. Add in the flour and mix until combined.
3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated with the flour mixture and forming a dough.
4. Make small cookie doughs from this mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Set aside.
5. In another bowl, pour in the soy milk, soy creamer, vanilla extract, sugar and mix well.
6. In the pre-frozen ice cream maker bowl, pour the vanilla ice cream mixture and blend it well for 10 minutes.
7. Slowly add in the tiny cookie balls into the ice cream maker and blend well for another 10 minutes.
8. Transfer the contents of the ice cream in a dish and refrigerate it for 1 - 2 hours for a firm texture.
SERVING
9. Scoop the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in small desert bowls and serve.
