Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
Topping:
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until smooth.
Add eggs, sour cream, baking powder, salt, soda and vanilla.
Gradually add flour and mix well.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Topping: Mix topping ingredients together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle a greased bundt pan with 1/3 of the topping.
Alternate layers of topping and batter, ending with topping.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
